Hypertropin is a trademark of somatropin – recombinant human growth hormone, bioidentical to the human body’s naturally produced growth hormone. It is manufactured by NeoGenica BioScience Ltd and comes in 12 IU / 4mg vials of lyopholized (freeze dried) powder. There are 10 vials per box, making it total of 120IU / 40mg per box. Hypertropin is to be reconstituted with plain sterile water for injection. Each HGH vial is mixed with 1ml of sterile water and injected either intramuscular (into the muscle) or subcutaneous (under the skin). The dosage depends on the purpose of the therapy. The most common use is 2IU per day for anti ageing purposes or 4IU per day for body building, shaping and body fat reduction. 8 to 16 IU per day is considered an extreme dose and is used as treatment of severe burns and to speed up recovery after injuries or surgery. HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE
Somatotropin, more commonly referred to as human growth hormone (abbreviated: HGH or GH) is a peptide hormone which is naturally produced by pituitary gland in the human brain. HGH is not an anabolic steroid. It is responsible for many different growth mechanisms and functions in the human body. It’s activity includes but is not limited to metabolism, bone growth, skeletal muscle growth, cellular regeneration and healing of connective tissue such as tendons, ligaments, and joints.
In medical use, Human Growth Hormone is used for treatment of many different types of disorders, including: pituitary deficient dwarfism, growth hormone deficiency in adults, treatment of muscle wasting caused by HIV, accelerated healing in burn victims and a handful of other conditions.
Recreationally growth hormone is primarily used for anti aging, enhancement of athletic performance, bodybuilding and reduction of fat deposits.
There are three main mechanisms by which GH makes tissue grow:
1.) HGH released from the pituitary gland, causes increased production of IGF-1 into circulation. IGF-1 then travels to bones, organs, and muscle where it causes anabolic effects.
2.) Growth hormone regulates the activity of IGF-1 by increasing the production of binding proteins (IGFBP-3 and acid-labile subunit) which increase the half-life of IGF-1 from several minutes to several hours. Circulating proteases then break up the binding protein/hormone complex thus releasing the IGF-1 gradually over time. It is believed that HGH causes target tissues to produce IGFBP-3, which increases it’s effects locally.
3.) Human growth hormone also influences the activity of IGF-1 locally. It effects the cells that produce it and those surrounding the area. This localized effect does not depend on the blood stream to carry the hormones.
In the human body, somatotropin is at its highest levels in children and during puberty, stimulating the growth of the body during those ages. After puberty, the level of growth hormone secretion declines and continues to do so as a person ages.
HYPERTROPIN MIXING, DOSING AND USE
Plain sterile water is the best diluent for GH. Alternatively growth hormone can be reconstituted with sterile bacteriostatic water (0.9% sodium chloride) and normal saline (0.9% NaCl). Plain sterile water should be readily available to buy without prescription in any local pharmacy. Alternatively it can also be purchased online. It is even available on ebay.
The insulin type syringe with 100 markings on the side should be used. They are readily available in any local pharmacy store.
Pull 1ml of water into the syringe and inject it into the vial with powder. GH molecules are very fragile – sensitive to heat and rapid movements. You should never shake the vial when mixing. You should not inject the water directly into the powder with force, but rather let it gently slide down the inside of the vial. If it bubbles up, you should put the vial in the refrigerator and leave it there for about 15 minutes. The bubbles will be gone by then. You should then gently turn the vial between your fingers until all of the powder has dissolved (it takes about 3-4 minutes).
The vials are under vacuum, so before you can take the GH out, you need to get rid of the vacum. You take a fresh syringe, pull air into it and inject the air into the vial (not into liquid, but into air above the liquid). This will get rid of the vacuum. You can then pull out the GH as you need it. 10 markings on the 100-mark syringe = 1 IU.
Some people pull entire GH content into the syringe and use the same for 5 injections. Other people prefer to use a fresh syringe for every injection.
The usual spot for GH injections is into the stomach fat – pinch some skin between your fingers and insert the needle at an 45 degree angle. Chose a different spot every time. Depending on the spot, you can either feel nothing or you can feel slight pain – you will learn your favorite spots in time. GH can also be injected into any muscle (thigh, shoulder, etc.) – it works the same regardless of the injection spot.
– if refrigerated between 2 – 8 degrees celsius (36 – 46 Fahrenheit) it’s good for 24 months
– at room temperature (up to 37 degrees Celsius or 98.6 Fahrenheit) it’s good for over 30 days
– at up to 45 degrees Celsius or 113 Fahrenheit it’s good for about a week
– it has to be refrigerated at all times. It’s good for 20 days
Dosage depends on the purpose. People generally use 2IU per day for anti-aging purpose and 4IU per day for bodybuilding, weight loss and general fitness. In case of 4IU, people take 2IU in the morning and 2IU in the late afternoon to stretch out the dose throughout the day.
